HostFamilyMatch is free for families. Here is exactly how we keep it that way: we may receive a referral fee from exchange programs when families we help enroll. It never costs your family anything.
HostFamilyMatch.com is an independent service. Here's exactly how we operate, in plain language:
- When we connect a family with an exchange organization and that family goes on to host, the organization may compensate us as an authorized referrer. This is a standard, well-established practice in the exchange industry.
- This compensation comes from the organization, never from you. Our service is free for families.
- It does not change our recommendation. We match your family to the program that genuinely fits your location and situation, not to whoever pays us most.
- We are not owned by, or exclusive to, any single exchange organization.
We believe you deserve to know how a free service stays free. If you ever have questions about how we're compensated, email hello@hostfamilymatch.com.
